Quarteira, Faro, Portugal – Sunday, February 16, 2020 – Mathieu Billot (FRA) and Quel Filou 13 claimed top honors in the €51,100 Grand Prix CSI 3* during the third week of the Vilamoura Atlantic Tour at the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre in Portugal.

The Frenchman and the 14-year-old grey Bavarian Warmblood gelding (Quidam’s Rubin x Cascavelle) powered over all the 1.45m obstacles towards two penalty-free performances, the decisive one in 33.49 seconds.

Anouk de Ruijter (NED) and Quantas 15 (Quintero x Laurin) matched the clean scorecard of the eventual winners, finishing second in 38.22 seconds.

Charlene Bastone (GBR) and Sanlou (Sandro Boy x Chacco-Blue) were also double clear, rounding out the top three after crossing the finish line in 42.96 seconds during the tiebreaker.
