Basel, Switzerland – January 11, 2020 – Bryan Balsiger (SUI) and Ak’s Courage won the CHF $30,000 Abt Automobile Prize CSI 5* today during the Longines CSI Basel 5*-W in Switzerland.

The Swiss and the 11-year-old grey German Sport Horse mare (Chepetto C x Lennon 5) triumphed in the 1.45m accumulator with joker class, securing the win by registering the maximum points possible (75) in 49.35 seconds.

Hans-Dieter Dreher (GER) and Arko Junior (Arko III x Harras) matched the winner’s score, finishing second in 51.85 seconds.

Rounding out the top three was Pénélope Leprevost (FRA) aboard Carlotta (Contendro x Acord II) with the same total of points as the previous two, timed in 52.12 seconds.
