Waregem, Belgium – September 26, 2019 – Wilm Vermeir (BEL) and Gentiane de La Pomme won the €25,000 Stephex Prize CSI 5* yesterday during the first day of the Waregem Horse Week CSI 5*/2* in Waregem, Belgium.

The Belgian and the 13-year-old chestnut Belgian Warmblood mare (Shindler de Muze x Diamant de Semilly) triumphed in the 1.50m speed challenge, backed by a penalty-free performance in 59.50 seconds.

Gregory Wathelet (BEL) and Iphigeneia de Muze (Erco van’t Roosakker x For Pleasure) also registered a clean effort, finishing second in 60.88 seconds.

Kara Chad (CAN) and Viva (Now or Never M x Carbid) completed the podium wiht no penalties and a time of 60.95 seconds.
