Deauville, France – August 16, 2019 – Julien Epaillard (FRA) and Alibi de La Roque won the €27,000 Ville de Deauville Prize CSI 3* last Friday during the Longines Deauville Classic CSI 3* at the Pôle International du Cheval de Deauville CSI 3* in Deauville, France.

The Frenchman and the 9-year-old chestnut gelding (Mylord Carthago x Kannan* GFE) were supreme in the 1.50m jump-off, securing the victory after a flawless jump-off performance in 37.57 seconds.

Guy Williams (GBR) and Rouge de Ravel (Ultimo van Ter Moude x Quouglof Rouge) earned silver honors by completing their second penalty-free effort in 38.49 seconds.

Margie Goldstein-Engle (USA) and Dicas (Diarado x Cassini) completed the podium backed by a clean scorecard and a time of 39.22 seconds during the tiebreaker.
