Valkenswaard, The Netherlands – August 11, 2019 – Nicola Philippaerts (BEL) and Fubertha won the €25,900 Grand Prix CSI 2* yesterday during the Longines Global Champions Tour of Valkenswaard CSI 5*/2* at the Tops International Arena in Valkenswaard, The Netherlands.

The Belgian and the 9-year-old bay Dutch Warmblood mare (Nabab de Reve x Burgraaf) cleared all the 1.45m obstacles for no penalties, stopping the timers in 38.30 seconds.

Sophie Hinners (GER) and Vittorio (Valentino DDH x Ramiro’s Bube) were right on the heels of the eventual winners, finishing second only due to their jump-off time of 38.48 seconds.

Eric van der Vleuten (NED) and Kamara van’T Heike (Epleaser van’T Heike x Carthago) finished third, registering a clean scorecard, crossing the finish line in 38.94 seconds.
