Spangenberg, Hesse, Germany – August 11, 2019 – Felix Haßmann (GER) and SIG Chaccinus won the €80,200 Grand Prix of Spangenberg CSI 3* yesterday during the Spangenberg CSI 3* in Hesse, Germany.

The German and the 10-year-old bay Oldenburg gelding (Chacco-Blue x Acord II) overcame all the 1.55m obstacles they faced along the 1.55m course in both of their penalty-free performances, completing the second one in 43.30 seconds for the victory.

Pieter Kenis (BEL) and Kashmir van d’Oude Pastory (Thunder van de Zuuthoeve x Light van de Zuuthoeve) were the runners-up, registering a double clear and a final time of 45.06 seconds.

Gerrit Nieberg (GER) and Contagio (Colman x Lordano) rounded out the top three, only seven hundredths of a second slower than the latter two.
