Dinard, France – August 02, 2019 – The elite of world showjumping had two chances last Friday to train on the grass arena for the $500,000 Rolex Grand Prix CSI 5* held tomorrow. In the first class, the €25,000 Conseil Départemental d’Ille et Vilaine Prize CSI 5*, a table A against the clock class, over a 1.45m course, some of the riders decided to take their time and give their horse a last training session.

The American and the 14-year-old grey Belgian Warmblood stallion (Berlin x Darco) clinched the victory by dashing through the timers in 65.48 seconds while having no penalties attributed to them.
Edward Levy (FRA) and Divine de la Roque (For Hero x Kannan) were right on the heels of the eventual winners, finishing less than four-tenths of a second behind (65.87 seconds).
After winning the €25,000 Alvalle Prize CSI 5* the previous day, Tony Cadet (FRA) rode Uppsala Del Cabalero to third place, backed by a penalty-free effort in 66.71 seconds.
