“I have been riding [Chacco] for about a year and a half. He has been my main Grand Prix horse. I have done the World Cup qualifiers with him, I have kind of done everything with him. I have a lot of confidence in him so I can go in and really push myself and push through the course. I have a lot of confidence in him and he gives me a really good feeling to be able to go in there and do what I need to win.”
Anthony and Chacco were one of the class’ 11 double-clear rides, and they clinched the win with a jump-off time of 37.326 seconds. “Marina is an incredible course designer. When I found out she was designing this week, I was thrilled. All of the horses jump super with her courses, they are always flowing. She never overfaces the horse or rider. I was quite pleased with the course she built.”
