Knokke Heist, Belgium – July 07, 2019 – Dominique Hendrickx (BEL) and Bacardi Les Hauts won the €25,500 Grand Prix CSI 2* last Sunday during the third week of competition at Knokke Hippique CSI 3*/2* in Knokke Heist, Belgium.

The Belgian and the 12-year-old grey Belgian Sport Horse gelding (Rexar du Houssoit x Cavalier x Himpe Patrick) claimed top honors in the 1.45m jump-off challenge by clearing all the obstacles they faced throughout their two performances, completing their decisive effort in 40.07 seconds.

It was the second grand prix victory in two days for the rider since he had won the €50,500 Henders & Hazel Grand Prix CSI 3* aboard Castor vh Molenhof Z less than 24 hours before.
Marc Dilasser (FRA) and Cliffton Belesbat (Clinton x Halando II vd Watering) also left all the poles up and registered a clean scorecard, finishing second in 41.77 seconds.
Gaj Riossa (SVK) and Gaesbekers Glamour Girl (Zirocco Blue x Caletto I) finished third backed by two penalty-free runs, stopping the final timers in 43.08 seconds.
