Gothenburg, Sweden – April 04, 2019 – Irma Karlsson (SWE) and Balahe won the SEK $250,000 Hooks Prize CSI 5* yesterday during the Gothenburg Horse Show CSI 5* at the Scandinavium Arena in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The Swede and the 17-year-old chestnut Swedish Warmblood mare (Baloubet du Rouet x Flamingo) claimed top honors in the 1.45m speed challenge by registering no penalties and crossing the finish line in 53.08 seconds.

Christian Ahlmann (GER) and Atomic Z (Cumano x Chin Chin) earned silver honors, finishing second only due to their time of 54.79 seconds.

François Mathy Jr. (BEL) and Hello Diamant (Diamant de Semilly x Stakkato) were back again among the top, this time finishing in third place after a clean performance in 55.45 seconds.
