Quarteira, Faro, Portugal – March 17, 2019 – Laura Renwick (GBR) and Arkuga won the €25,050 Longines Ranking Jump-off Class CSI 3* last Friday during the Vilamoura Atlantic Tour at the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre in Quarteira, Faro, Portugal.

The Brit and the 8-year-old Anglo-European Sport Horse gelding (Arko II x Heartbreaker) were both fast and clear in the decisive phase of the 1.45m contest, securing the victory in 36.72 seconds.

Morgan Bordat (FRA) and Uma (Calvaro x Veneu d’Etenclin) finished second, the only difference being their final time of 36.91 seconds.

Third place was claimed by Olivier Guillon (FRA) and Type Top du Monteil (Calvaro F.C x Vesontio du Mesni) by registering two penalty-free performances, the second one only one-tenth of a second slower than the latter two.
