Quarteira, Faro, Portugal – March 08, 2019 – Michael Pender (IRL) and Casanova van Overis Z won the €25,350 Garvetur Prize CSI 3* last Friday during the Vilamoura Atlantic Tour CSI 3* at the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre.

The Irishman and the 11-year-old black Zangersheide gelding (Casper van Erpekom Z – Eau de Parfum van Overis) galloped towards victory in the jump-off, crossing the finish line flawlessly in 40.93 seconds.

Second place was claimed by Duarte Seabra (POR) and Fernhill Curra Quinn (Harlequin du Carel x Clover Hill) backed by their second penalty-free performance, stopping the final timers in 42.57 seconds.

Emma Stoker (GBR) and Cool Cash (Cadensky x Dollar Dela Pierre) completed the podium with no penalties, being clocked in 43.04 seconds during the tiebreaker.
