
Guillaume Foutrier (FRA) and Fairness Hero Z won the €50,200 Grand Prix CSI 3* last Sunday during the Vilamoura Atlantic Tour at the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre in Quarteira, Faro, Portugal.
The Frenchman and the 10-year-old bay Zangersheide mare (Flipper D’Elle *Hn* x Calvaro Z) were triumphed by soaring over all the 1.50m obstacles throughout their two performances, completing the jump-off in 35.96 seconds for the victory.
Ellen Whitaker (GBR) and Jack van’T Kattenheye (Diabeau x Canadian River secured second place matchign the winners’ two clean rounds but with a final time exactly two seconds slowwer.
France was back on the podium with Olivier Guillon (FRA) who guided Type Top du Monteil (Calvaro F.C. x Vesontio du Mesnil) to third place backed by a clean scorecard and a final time of 38.09 seconds.
