Angelique Rüsen (GER) aboard Dolocia and Patrik Spits (BEL) aboard Jacobien Dwerse Hagen shared the victory in the €24,700 Stad Mechelen Grand Prix CSI 2* yesterday during the Jumping Mechelen CSI 5*-W & 2* in Belgium.

Spits rode his 9-year-old bay Belgian Warmblood mare (Vite x Querlybet Hero) registered the same jump-off time as that of Rüsen her ride, the 10-year-old bay Dutch Warmblood mare (Untouchable 27 x Furore), both stopping the timers in 35.33 seconds at the end of their second penalty-free run.

Lars Kersten (NED) and Dobbey (VDL Zirocco Blue x Grosso Z) completed the podium after having no penalties attributed to them and setting a time of 36.29 seconds during the tiebreaker.
