Pius Schwizer (SUI) and Balou Rubin R won the Vins de Genève Prize CSI 5* yesterday during the CHI of Geneva 5* in Switzerland.

The Swiss and the 11-year-old dark bay Oldenburg gelding (Balou du Rouet x Couleur-Rubin) secured the victory in the 1.45m speed challenge, completing their performance flawlessly in 52.01 seconds.

The home crowd was delighted at the end with two of their countrymen claiming the top two spots since Martin Fuchs (SUI) and Cristo (Cristo x Stakkato) crossed the finish line with no penalties in 55.40 seconds.

Nicolas Deseuzes (FRA) and Quilane de Lezeaux (Grenat de Grez x Page de Paulista) rounded out the top three, having no penalties attributed to them in 55.85 seconds.
