The beauty of our sport is the osmosis between a horse and a rider who know each other perfectly. Things don’t always go as planned but, sometimes, a whole weekend is pure magic. Ayade is on top form after a short break. My back is better since I had an operation and I think this goes a long way towards our good performances! I’m very pleased with the way she has been jumping since the beginning of the show.”

Simon Delestre (FRA) who was last to go did not manage to better his time even though he gave it his all. Sadly – for him – he was 18 hundredths of a second too slow to take top spot aboard Chesall Zimequest (Casall x Concerto 4).
