Otti Verdú Vidal, the Catalan who shone in the sixth edition of Ifema Madrid Horse Week CSI 5*-W/2*, reaffirmed her position by winning the €25,000 Grand Prix Marca CSI 2* during its 80th anniversary.
The 1.45m jump-off class was the perfect setting for Otti Verdú to once again dazzle the public with her performance. The combination formed by the Reus rider and Top Lulu were the fastest both in the first round course and in the jump-off, completing the latter one in 32.89 seconds for the victory.
Second place was claimed by her compatriot Paloma Jiménez-Carmona (ESP) with Sherie Star (Diamant de Semilly x Jalisco B) after an impeccable run in 34.26 seconds. Emily Moffitt (GBR) took third place by riding Winning Good (Winningmood van de Arenberg x Sir Corland) towards a clean performance in the tiebreaker, completing the decisive in 34.61 seconds.
