Roger-Yves Bost (FRA) has made an announcement stating that two of his top horses, Pégase du Mûrier and Qoud’Coeur de la Loge, will be retired from showjumping and go on to focus on their breeding careers as stallions. The Frenchman’s two top stallions registered several wins at the FEI level;

The Frenchman released the following statement on his Facebook account:

“Today, I say goodbye to two champions, two horses with a lot of heart, Pégase du Mûrier and Qoud’Coeur de la Loge.”

“My two cracks will retire to devote themselves to their breeding stallion careers, entrusted to France Etalons. Pégase  goes to St Lô and Qoud’Coeur to the stud farm of Meursanges in Burgundy.”

“I feel very lucky to have been able to count them among my most valuable partners in recent years.”

“Qoud’Coeur, with more than 700,000 euros in prize money, has won numerous Grand Prix in Madrid, Mexico City, Lyon, St Lô, 2nd in the GP of Geneva, double clear in the Nations Cup of Aix La Chapelle, Victorious in Calgary and 7th in the Grand Prix, selected for the European Championships in Aix La Chapelle, pre-selected for the Rio Olympics.”

“Pégase, more than 600,000 euros in prize money, ranked in several international Grand Prix in Paris, Rome, Madrid and many international victories in Aix-La Chapelle, Monaco, clear round in the Nations Cup in Rotterdam and St Galle …
