
Chloe Aston (GBR) and Amigo T once again put on a brilliant performance to win the Small Grand Prix CSI 3* yesterday during the Vilamoura Champions Tour CSI 3* at the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre in Quarteira, Faro, Portugal.
The Brit and the 13-year-old Dutch Warmblood Dutch Warmblood gelding (Padinus x Achill/Libero H) reigned over 113 other combinations in the 1.40m challenge by registering no penalties and crossing the finish line in 40.63 seconds.
Greg Patrick Broderick (IRL) and Dabelle (Nabab de Reve x Chin Chin) earned silver honors, matching the winners’ double clear and posting a final time of 41.21 seconds.
Michael Pender (IRL) and HHS Sevenhouses (Heritage Fortunus x Unknown) gave the Irish another rider on the podium, backed by their second penalty-free effort in 41.62.seconds.
