Francisco Pasquel (MEX) and Naranjo won the MXN $1,000,000 Banbajio Grand Prix CSI 3* yesterday during the Otomí Grand Prix II at the Otomi Equestrian Center in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

The Mexican and the 11-year-old bay Selle Français gelding (Robin II Z x Quappa) earned top honors by posting the fastest clean jump-off performance, going through the timers in 39.51 seconds for the coveted victory.

Alfonso Gutierrez Diaz (MEX) & Quick Ardent

Second place was claimed by Alfonso Gutierrez Diaz (MEX) and Quick Ardent (Quick Star x Utile Ardente) after completing their second run in 40.35 seconds during the tiebreaker.

Rodrigo Lambre (BRA) & Chacanno

Rodrigo Lambre (BRA) & Chacanno (Chacco-Blue x Grand Veneur) rounded out the top three with no penalties and a final time of 40.71 seconds.
