Felicie Bertrand (FRA) and Chacco Rouge won the €35,750 Grand Prix Pole Equestre Rouen Normandie CSI 3* last Sunday during the Normandy Tour’s Happy Jump at the Haras du Loup in Canteleu, France.

The French and the 12-year-old chestnut Oldenburg bay mare (Chacco-Blue x Papillon Rouge) triumphed by leaving all the 1.50m on their cups and crossing the finish line with no penalties in 37.88 seconds.

Matthew Sampson (GBR) and Ebolensky (Clinton x Heartbreaker) matched the winners’ two penalty-free performances, finishing second only due to their final time of 38.31 seconds.

Jacques Helmlinger (FRA) and Tonic des Mets (Ogrion des Champs x Damoiseau D’Or) also registered a clean scoresheet, completing the podium backed by a jump-off performance in 38.58 seconds.
