Maikel van der Vleuten (NED) & Dana Blue won the €25,100 Runsten Equestrian Trophy CSI 5* last Saturday during the Falsterbo Horse Show CSIO 5* in Sweden.

The Dutchman and the 10-year-old grey Dutch Warmblood mare (Mr. Blue x Hemmingway) claimed top honors in the 1.50m speed challenge by registering no penalties and crossing the finish line in 65.72 seconds.

William Funnel (GBR) & Billy McCain (Cevin Z x Cruising) were the runners-up, the only difference being their time of 65.87 seconds.

Stephanie Holmen (SWE) & Flip’s Little Sparrow (Cardento 933 x Robin Z 723) secured the third spot on the podium backed by a penalty-free run in 66.47 seconds.
