Edwina Tops-Alexander (AUS) leads the field of international superstars in pursuit of the 2018 Longines Global Champions Tour Title this week during the Longines Global Champions Tour of Cascais in Estoril, Cascais, Portugal.
After the first seven legs of the championship series, the Australian has accumulated a total of 172 points, a twenty-nine point advantage over Ben Maher (GBR).
Scott Brash (GBR) is well in contention with 131 points while Daniel Deusser (GER) and Jos Verlooy (BEL) are both further back tied with 119 points.
A victory is worth 40 points, so a win by any lower-ranked rider and no score from the leaders can mix things up in the blink of an eye.
