
Beezie Madden (USA) & Coach won the €345,000 Glock’s Grand Prix CSI 5* last Sunday during the Horses & Stars at the Glock Horse Performance Center (GHPC) in Treffen, Austria.
The American and the 10-year-old bay Holsteiner gelding (Con Air x Corofino I) took the lead for good in the jump-off by leaving all the 1.60m poles up and completing the course in 49.21 seconds.
It was a 1-2 for the USA as Lauren Hough (USA) & Waterford (Coolcorron Cool Diamond x Julio Mariner XX) finished second, the only difference being their jump-off time of 50.08 seconds.
Marc Houtzager (NED) & Sterrehof’s Calimero (Quidam de Revel x Libero H) earned bronze honors with no penalties and a time of 50.23 seconds during the tiebreaker.
