
Darragh Kenny (IRL) & Babalou 41 won the €62,400 First GCL competition last Thursday during the Longines Global Champions Tour of Saint Tropez in Ramatuelle, France.
The Irishman and the 13-year-old chestnut Oldenburg mare (Balou du Rouet x Silvio I) triumphed in the 1.50m/1.55m speed challenge by leaving all the poles up and completing the course with no penalties and a time of 73.37 seconds.

Daniel Deusser (GER) & Tobago Z
Second place was claimed by Daniel Deusser (GER) & Tobago Z (Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Mr. Blue) by being only a half-second slower.

Simon Delestre (FRA) & Hermes Ryan
Simon Delestre (FRA) was back on the podium again after having won the previous class aboard Chesall Zimequest. The Frenchman secured bronze honors by guiding Hermes Ryan (Hugo Gesmeray x Ryon d’Anzex) to a penalty-free performance in 74.69 seconds.
