Bart Bles (NED) & Comino were victorious in the €25,000 Roelofsen Horse Trucks Grand Prix of Wierden CSI 2* last Sunday during the Outdoor Wierden & Dutch Youngster Festival in Wierden, The Netherlands.
The Dutchman and the 10-year-old grey Holsteiner stallion (Cassini II x Corrado I) took the lead for good in the jump-off when they crossed the finish line with no penalties in 41.23 seconds during the tiebreaker.
Hartwig Rohde (GER) & Boeckmanns Lord Pezi Junior (Lord Pezi x Quattro B) were not much further behind, the only difference being their time of 41.81 seconds, good enough for second place.
Michael Hughes (USA) & Paloma
Michael Hughes (USA) & Paloma (Canaletto Sx Henzo de la Brassiere) secured the third spot on the podium after registering a clean scorecard too and a jump-off time of 42 seconds flat.
