Koen Vereecke (BEL) & Jativia won the €63,250 Lorbran TP – Ville de Maubege Grand Prix CSI 3* yesterday during the Jumping International de Maubege CSI 3* in France.
The Belgian and the 9-year-old grey Belgian Warmblood mare (Cardento x Gottwald) secured the victory by leaving all the 1.55m maximum-height poles on their cups and crossing the finish line in 41.98 seconds during the decisive phase.
Second place was claimed by Jérôme Guery (BEL) & Jupiter VG (Pommeau du Heup x Heartbreaker) after matching the winners’ double clear, falling short only in regards to their time of 42.76 seconds.
Reynald Angot (FRA) & Symphonie des Biches (Kannan x Damiro) secured the third spot on the podium by registering two penalty free runs, the second one in 43.73 seconds.
