Graham Babes (GBR) & Boucheron won the €25,300 Vilamoura World sponsored speed class CSI 3* yesterday during the Vilamoura Atlantic Tour at the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre in Quarteira, Faro, Portugal.
The Brit and the 12-year-old bay Dutch Warmblood gelding (Valentino x Burggraaf) took top honors in the 1.45m challenge by accumulating no penalties with a time of 59.65 seconds.
Michel Hecart (FRA) & Solero MS (Silvio I x Espri) secured the second spot on the podium backed by a fault-free effort in 60.91 seconds.
Alexandra Eriksson (SWE) & Liss Royal (Lissabon 29 x Royale W) rounded out the top three by leaving all the poles up and going through the timers in 61.99 seconds.
