
Lorenzo de Luca (ITA) & Limestone Grey won the €92,250 Massimo Dutti Trophy last Friday during the Longines Global Champions Tour of Mexico City in Mexico.
The Italian and the Stephex Stables’ 12-year-old grey Irish Sport Horse gelding triumphed in the 1.50m/1.60m speed contest by leaving all the poles up and completing the course in 64.95 seconds.
Second place was claimed by Eduardo Alvarez Aznar (ESP) & Fidux (Malito de Reve x Voltaire) backed by a penalty-free performance in 65.36 seconds.
Shane Sweetnam (IRL) & Main Road had another strong outing, finishing third this time with no penalties and a time of 68.08 seconds.
