Peter Moloney (IRL) & D’Atlantique Royale won the €25,300 Longines Ranking 1.50m Gold class CSI 3* last Saturday during the first week of competition of the Toscana Tour at the Arezzo Equestrian Centre in Arezzo, Italy.
The Irishman and the 15-year-old bay Belgian Warmblood gelding (Udarco x Kannan) were victorious in the challenge by leaving all the poles up with no time faults in 67.23 seconds.
Luca Marziani (ITA) & Tokyo du Soleil (Montender x Papillon Rouge) were also clear, claiming silver honors with penalties in 68.67 seconds.
Conor Swail (IRL) & Domino van de Valhoeve (Lord Z x Concorde) rounded out the top three with a penalty-free effort in 68.95 seconds.
