Michael Hughes (USA) & Zerlin M won the €24,700 Longines Ranking Gold 4 1.45m meter speed class CSI 2* earlier today during the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour (MET) in Oliva Nova, Spain.

The American and the 14-year-old bay Dutch Warmblood stallion (Caspar x Concorde) galloped towards victory by leaving all the poles up thus committing no penalties in 66.75 seconds.

Jonna Ekberg (SWE) & Stella Levista (Satisfaction x Levisto) were very close behind, matching the clear performance of the winners only two hundredths ofa second slower, good enough for second the second spot on the podium.

Maurice Tebbel (GER) & Camilla PJ (Calme x Picard) rounded out the top three with no penalties in 67.52 seconds.
