Salmeen Sultan Al Suwaidi (QAT) & Cantaro 232 won the QAT $250,000 Big Tour Grand Prix CSN yesterday during H.H. The Emir’s Sword Showjumping Championship at the Qatar Racing & Equestrian Club’s Main Arena in Al Rayyan, Qatar.
The Qatari and the 18-year-old Holsteiner gelding (Corrado I x Liberty IV) registered the lowest score of 1.785 penalty-points at the end of the competition, taking the much coveted H.H. The Emir’s Sword home.
Hamad Ali Al Attiyah (QAT) & Clinton (Cantos x Ilydi) came close, finishing second with a score of 2.220 penalty-points while Salman Mohammed Al Emadi (QAT) & Zorro Z (Zandor Z x Cum Laude Z) rounded out the top three with a total of 5.925 penalty-points.
