It was a remarkable day for France yesterday during the Gold 3 jump-off class at the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour CSI 2* in Oliva Nova, Spain. Three Frenchmen registered a “trifecta” for “Les Bleus” in a class with a very strong international field.

Edward Levy (FRA) & Rafale d’Hyverniere, a 13-year-old Selle Francais mare (Chef Rouge x Le Plantero), led the way by posting the fastest clear score in the tiebreaker, going through the finish line in 34.12 seconds.

The second spot on the podium was claimed by Benjamin Grandjacques (FRA) & Caviar de I’Heribus (Cashman x Jus de Pomme) backed by their second penalty-free performance in 36.26 seconds.

Harold Boisset (FRA) & Vakhenaton (Ogrion des Champs x Noblequest) completed the all-French podium with no penalties and a time of 36.48 seconds in their second outing.
