
Pedro Veniss (BRA) & Anaya Ste. Hermelle won the €24,800 Gold 4 Longines Ranked speed class CSI 2* yesterday during the second week of Spring MET at the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour in Oliva Nova, Spain.
The Brazilian and the 12-year-old bay Belgian Sport Horse (SBS) mare (Andiamo x Paladin des Ifs) galloped triumphantly across the finish line in 64.68 seconds after overcoming all the obstacle set at a maximum height of 1.45 meters.
Constant Van Paesschen (BEL) & Compadre van de Helle (Casall x Concertto II) were the runners-up, matching the winners’ fault-free performance but eight-hundredths of a second slower.
Nicola Philippaerts (BEL) & Aikido Z (Accardi x Corrado) secured the third spot on the podium with no penalties in 66.77 seconds.
