
Kevin Staut (FRA) & Silver Deux de Virton HDC won the €160,350 GCL – Second Competition class CSI 5* yesterday during the Longines Global Champions Tour of Doha CSI 5* at the Al Shaqab in Doha, Qatar. The Frenchman and the 11-year-old chestnut Stud-Book Selle Français stallion (Kashmir van Schuttershof x Heartbreaker) galloped to victory across the finish line in 73.28 seconds after leaving all the poles set at 1.55m-1.60m up.
Pieter Devos (BEL) & Espoir (Surcouf du Revel x Laudanum XX) were the runners-up with no penalties in 73.97 seconds while Sergio Álvarez Moya (ESP) & Carlo (Contender x Cascavelle) rounded out the top three with a penalty-free performance in 74.23 seconds.
