Laura Renwick & Bintang
Laura Renwick (GBR) & Bintang II won the €25,200 Master 1.45m Longines Ranking class yesterday during the Autumn Cup 2017 at the Costa del Sol Equestrian Tour CSI 2* in Mijas, Spain. Renwick and the 11-year-old bay Dutch Warmblood gelding (Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Orlando) were dominant once again by not only registering a double clear, but also the fastest time of 31.31 seconds en route to victory.
Doron Kuipers (NED) & Zucces (Gerlinus x Kenwood) came close to dethroning the winningiest combination in showjumping at the moment, falling short with the same score and only a difference of two-tenths of a second during the jump-off. Thibault Philippaerts (BEL) & Ustina Sitte (Clinton x Parco) claimed bronze honors with two penalty-free performances, the second one in 31.97 seconds during the tiebreaker.
