Simpson and the 12-year-old bay Belgian Warmblood mare (Nonstop x Hibrahim von Pferdheim) were victorius in the 1.45m contest after soaring over all the obstacles and registering no penalties in 67.31 seconds.

Jamal Rahimov​​ (UZB) & Warrior (Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Heartbreaker) claimed silver honors with no penalties in 68.18 seconds while Tim Stockdale​ (GBR) and Tornado des Monts posted a penalty-free performance in 70.03 for third place on the podium.
