Francisco Zamudio & Woopy 14 Take Top Honors at ESP Fall III

Wellington, FL – October 25, 2017 – Francisco Zamudio of Wellington, FL, piloted Claudia Villamil’s Woopy 14 to the top of the leaderboard in the $10,000 TackNRider Stakes Class, on Sunday, October 22 at ESP Fall II at Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC). The duo was the only combination to complete the short-track course with a faultless round, stopping the timers in 41.431 seconds. Celso Ariani of Wellington, FL, rode Rodrigo Padilla and Ricardo Romero’s Janari Ter Dolen to second place honors with a jump-off time of 39.399 seconds and four faults. Third place was rounded out by Heather Caristo Williams of Wellington, FL, and Freak Out, owned by Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Caristo, after eight additional faults were added in the jump-off time with a finishing time of 43.111 seconds.

The $1,500 NAL Child/Adult Jumper Classic saw Liana Gavidia of Jupiter, FL, and Westminster, owned by Andrew Kocher, finish atop the class as the fastest clear-round combination to contest the jump-off, on 39.881 seconds. Bernadette Louise Chungunco of New York, NY, and Elena, owned by NSL Ventures LLC, collected second place after completing the short course in 44.823 seconds. Emmanuelle Greenberg of Boca Raton, FL, and Carlos G, finished in third place after stopping the timers in 46.295 seconds.
