
Madrid, Spain โ May 17, 2025 โ The second day of the 114th Longines Global Champions Tour of Madrid CSI 5* came to a dramatic close with an electrifying jump-off filled with some of the biggest names on the international show jumping circuit. Serving as the prelude to the โฌ105,500 H.M. The Kingโs Cup CSI 5*, the โฌ28,200 1.45m class, sponsored by Grupo Eulen was held on the green arena of the Club de Campo Villa de Madrid. The competition followed a two-phase format, and only two combinations managed to deliver double clear rounds, after six qualified for the second phase.

The winner of the Grupo Eulen Trophy CSI 5*, with zero penalties and a time of 26.04 seconds, was Italian rider Giacomo Casadei (ITA) aboard Evitason vanโt Paradijs.

Their performance in the decisive phase was noticeably faster than that of the runner-up, Federico Fernรกndez Senderos (MEX) with Diamonds are Unique, who stopped the clock at 27.27 seconds.

Third place went to another Italian rider, the ever-competitive Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA) , riding Vasco 118, who incurred one rail down in the second phase.

During the prize-giving ceremony, the Grupo Eulen Trophy was presented to the winner by the companyโs Vice-President, Juan Sucunza, accompanied by รlvaro Arrieta and Juan Carlos Vera.
