Hartwig Rohde (GER) & Boeckmanns Lord Pezi Jr. won the €25,200 Lodewijk Assurantien Prize CSI 2* last Thursday during the Outdoor Wierden & Dutch Younger Festival in Wierden, The Netherlands.
The German and the 9-year-old bay Oldenburg stallion (Lord Pezzi x Quattro B) conquered the victory in the 1.45 contest by posting the fastest penalty-free performance during the tiebreaker, going through the finish line in 39.54 seconds.
Leon Thijssen (NED) & Diablo Z (Diarado x Lavalleto) finished second, matching the winners’ two performances in terms of points, the difference being their registered time of 40 seconds flat during the tiebreaker.
Zoi Snels (NED) & Elton John (Clearway x Kannan) secured the third spot on the podium by not having received any penalty-points, completing their second performance in 40.71 seconds.
