Scouting New Showjumping Talent is a lot Easier with Youhorse.auction!

Sport horses are discovered at an earlier age all the time, are often sold abroad as foals or already claimed by professional stables. Where can you still find reasonably priced young talents nowadays? Youhorse.auction has filled this niche. The 12th online auction will take place from the 3rd to the 6th of July.

The collection with 32 showjumping horses ranging from 2- to 9-year-olds is already online. “Around this time last year we also auctioned foals, but there are plenty of foal auctions at the moment. Youhorse.auction tries to make a difference by auctioning slightly older horses. This offers a lot of advantages. They have all passed veterinary examination, you can see them jump, you know their height and you can watch them under saddle and see how they behave when ridden. We are happy that we have several youngsters but also a number of horses under saddle in this auction collection. When they say that they can not find any good horses anymore, they should really come and see us. There is something there for every purse, but also for different disciplines. Besides showjumping horses, we offer hunters, equitation horses and eventing horses”, says Mario Everse, who organises the auction together with Alan Waldman.

Hipster HST (For Pleasure x Cassini I x Carentino)

Also this time the collection contains several interestingly bred horses, for example, by For Pleasure (3), Kassander van ’t Roosakker (2), Kannan (2), Cornet Obolensky (2), Quickly de Kreisker and Carrera VDL. The 5-year-old Landon W (Sir Obolensky x Polydor) is out of the same dam as World Cup Finals winner Taloubet Z.

Lipton (For Pleasure x Diamant de Semilly)

The 4-year-old Lipton (For Pleasure x Diamant de Semilly), another striking horse, is out of the half-sister to Taloubet Z. Another interesting family is that of Imprevu du Paradis (GFE Candy De Nantuel x Nabab de Reve), grandson of the celebrated broodmare Fragance de Chalus (dam of, for example, Mylord Carthago and Bamako de Muze).

The online bidding starts on Saturday 3 July and finishes on Tuesday 6 July. The horses can be seen after arrangement and can be tried out. After online registration on www.youhorse.auction you can study the X-rays and veterinary reports. The 13th auction from 1 to 3 August is a breeding auction, with mares (in foal) and foals. You can enter these via the website.
