Abu Dhabi, The United Arab Emirates – January 24, 2020 – Ramzy Al Duhami (KSA) and High Quality J were the winners of the €27,000 Theraplate Grand Prix Qualifier CSI 4* for the World Cup Grand Prix CSI 4*-W, held yesterday during the third week of the Al Shira’aa International Horse Show CSI 4*-W/3*/2* in the United Arab Emirates.
The Saudi and the 13-year-old bay Belgian Warmblood gelding (Quadrillo x Nabab de Reve) soared over all the 1.45m obstacles, blazeing across the finish line in 55.98 seconds for the victory.
It was a one-two for the host nation as Abdullah Alrajhi (KSA) and Gini van het Broekdal (Winningmood x Sheyenne de Baugy) secured second place with no penalties and a time of 56.85 seconds.
Michael Pender (IRL) and Casanova van Overis Z also had no penalties attributed to them, rounding out the top three in 57.09 seconds.
