The 4Foulee CSI 4* Poznan is on, one of the major showjumping events this week. The horse show will feature 21 combinations, representing 26 countries.
Most riders will take part in four-star classes, which means that they will have to thrive in order to compete in the one hundred thousand Grand Prix CSI 4*. Spectators can count on renowned athletes such as Piergiorgio Bucci (ITA) (2013 GP winner, Felix Hassmann (GER) and the current European Team Vice-Champion, Douglas Lindelow (SWE) from Sweden. Some winners, from the time when the CSIO was organized in Poznan, are making a sentimental comeback to Hipodrom Wola: Dirk Demeersman (BEL) from Belgium, who won in 2006 (riding Clinton, with whom he had been placed 4th at the Olympic Games two years earlier) and Soren Pederson (DEN), from Denmark – in 2008.
Some of of the best Polish riders will also be seen, including the Champion of Poland Jaroslaw Skruzyczynski.
4Foulee CSI 4* Poznan will span over 3 days, from the 7th until the 9th of June, with 14 classes counting for the Longines Rankings.
