Guillaume Batillat (FRA) and Vital Chance de La Roque won the €25,200 Prix Region Normandie CSI 3* earlier today during the Normandy Tour – Happy Jump CSI 3* in France.

The Frenchman and Elevage Chance’s 9-year-old bay Selle Français gelding (Diamant de Semilly x Image du Chateau II) once again left all the poles up during the tiebreaker, crossing the finish line in 39.51 seconds for the victory.

The home country claimed the top two spots on the podium when Laurent Goffinet (FRA) and Atome des Etisses (Mylord Carthago *HN x Eve des Etisses) completed their jump-off performance in 40.03 seconds.

Captain Geoff Curran (IRL) guided Hallowberry Cruz (Cruising x Calcutta Clover) to third place with no penalties and a time of 40.15 seconds during the decisive phase.
