Edwina Tops-Alexander Supreme in Longines Global Champions Tour Standings

Edwina Tops-Alexander (AUS) has taken over the lead of the 2018 Longines Global Champions Tour overall standings after scoring 35 additional points due to the third-place finish in the €300,000 Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Saint Tropez CSI 5* last Saturday at the Longines Athina Onassis Horse Show CSI 5* in Saint Tropez, France.

Ben Maher (GBR) has been the most efficient rider so far in the tour this year and climbed up to second place due to his win in the French Riviera, totalling 143 points.

Former leader Scott Brash (GBR) fell to third place with 131 points, followed by Daniel Deusser’s (GER) score of 119 and Jos Verlooy (BEL) who has 98 points.
