Werner Muff (SUI) & Cosby won the CHF $30,000 Metzgerei Gemperli Prize yesterday during the Longines CSIO 5* St. Gallen in Switzerland.
Sixteen combinations had qualified for the jump-off, among them seven Swiss with Muff and the 10-year-old Oldenburg gelding (Contendro I x Landabel) coming out. The dynamic duo overcome all the obstacles set at the maximum height of 150 centimeters throughout their two performances, completing the decisive phase with no penalties in 42.72 seconds for the victory.
Second place was claimed by Luciana Diniz (POR) & Isabeau (Winningmood van de Arenberg x Gershwin) backed by a clean scoresheet, crossing the finish line in 44.13 seconds.
Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann (GER) & Soccero (Singulord Joter & Casall) secured the third spot on the podium with no penalties and a time of 44.49 seconds during the tiebreaker.
