Thierry Goffinet (BEL) & Jacaranda DB won the €25,300 Longines Ranking Two-Phase class yesterday during the Vilamoura Atlantic Tour CSI 3* at the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre in Quarteira, Faro, Portugal.
The Belgian and the 9-year-old bay Belgian Warmblood mare (Toulon x Lupicor) claimed the victory in the 1.45m challenge after soaring over all the obstacles in both phases and stopping the timers in 22.39 seconds at the finish line.
Piergiorgio Bucci (ITA) & Heartbreaker van de Achterhoe (Bentley x Catango Z) clinched silver honors with no penalties, going through the final timers in 22.75 seconds.
Felicie Bertrand (FRA) & Sultane des Ibis (Quidam de Revel x Elan de La Cour) had a clean scoresheet as the previous two combinations, conquering third place on the podium with a time of 24.74 seconds.
