Jean Luc Mourier (FRA) & Souvienstoi Lariviera won the 1.40m Grand Prix Qualifier CSI 2* last Wednesday during Equita Lyon CSI 2* in France. The Frenchman and the 11-year-old chestnut Stud-Book Selle Français gelding (Coleur Rubin x Socrate de Chivre) soared to victory by going clear during the jump-off and registering the fastest time of 38.70 seconds.

Benoit Cernin (FRA) & Tea Star d’Oyale (Quick Star x Royal Feu) were the runners-up with no penalties and a time of 40.58 seconds during the tiebreaker. Guillaume Canet (FRA) completed the podium with two penalty-free performances, the decisive one in 40.58 seconds.
